Managing Completed Bin Change Batches

When you have finished entering and maintaining the details of a bin change batch, you can hold the batch or post it. You can also delete batches you no longer need. These options are available under the FILE menu on the Change Bin Locations screen.

To manage a completed bin change batch:

1. Create a new bin change batch, or recall an existing batch.

Refer to "Creating a New Bin Change Batch" or "Recalling a Bin Change Batch".

2. Complete the bin change header details.

Refer to "Maintaining the Bin Change Header".

3. Add, edit or delete the items in the bin change batch.

4. Complete the bin change batch by performing one of the following actions on the Change Bin Locations screen:

• post the batch to change bin locations for the selected items – see "Change Bin Locations - File - Post"
• hold the batch for later additions and/or changes – see "Change Bin Locations - File - Post"
• delete the batch if you don't want to keep it – see "Change Bin Locations - File - Delete".
